Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

 Thank you for shopping at Spare Master (www.sparesmaster.in). We want to make sure you get the kitchen appliance spares and related products to fix your appliances.
Before buying please take a look at our policy on returns, replacements and refunds.

 Replacement Window

  1.  We allow 7 days to return or replace an item from the date of delivery.
  2.  To return or replace an item it must be unused in its condition and have its original packaging.

 Valid Reasons for Return or Replacement

 We only accept returns or replacements in the cases:

  1.  Damaged on Arrival: The product arrived damaged during transit.
  2. Wrong Item Received: The item delivered does not match what you ordered on our website.
  3. Manufacturing Defect: The part has a defect (subject to technical verification).

Important Note on Technical Compatibility:

 We advise checking your appliances model number and specifications before ordering. We cannot accept returns. Offer refunds for items ordered due to incorrect customer diagnosis or wrong model selection once the item has been unpacked or installed.

 Items Exempt from Returns

 The following items cannot be replaced:

  • Products that show signs of installation wear and tear or modifications.
  • Items missing their packaging, serial numbers, and barcodes or included accessories.
  • Electrical components damaged due to installation voltage fluctuations or short circuits.

 How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at return@sparesmaster.in or Whatsapp us at 8368717657 within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Provide Proof: Please include your Order ID and clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the damaged product the packaging label and the issue.
  • Approval: Once our team verifies the issue we will share the return instructions. Arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship it back to our warehouse.

 Refunds Process

 Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

  • We will notify you via email or SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: The refund amount will be credited back to your payment method within 7 working days.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

 Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse for a refund.
  • Once an order is shipped cancellation is not possible. It will be treated under our standard return policy.
